Kiar Wisten
Brief History
Kiar was one of the high moon sisters at Selunes Rest before she made her transition to House of Heat. She enjoys the freedom her station brings here in the Mesa. She did find the continuous line of new recruits at Selunes Rest a little overbearing. From here she is able to just focus on her art and work.
