Wilfried is the royal advisor to the Baten Parliament in the Commonwealth of Kameria.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Many years ago, Wilfried blindly stumbled into the Baten Parliament. The king attempted to drive him out, but Wilfried wouldn't leave. He simply stared towards the king, despite being blind, and listen to him. Then, Wilfried looked to the sky and began to speak. He told the king that there was a dragon who would arrive in three days to burn down the city if they didn't do anything. At first, the king believed that Wilfried was trying to threaten him, but other members of the parliament convinced him to listen further. Wilfried continued speaking "If you wish to defeat this dragon, you must convince it their is nothing for it here. The day before it arrive, evacuate the city. If you can convince it their is no food or treasure for it, it will leave and never return." The king was still wary of Wilfried, but decided to follow his word. The day that the dragon was supposed to attack, the king watched the city from a nearby hilltop. The dragon soared out of the clouds, readying its breath to raze the city, but it paused. It flew in circles over the city for a moment, before flying off into the distance. After returning to the city, the king decided to appoint Wilfried as the Royal Advisor to the parliament. Since then, Wilfried has provided what seems like divine guidance along with his own tactical advice.
