Congregation Of The Moons

The congregation of moons regroup the order of the Blinding Sand and of the Constellated Water. It primarily promulgates ideas and enacts laws related to the management of sand and water resources, and the cults of the moons. Its members hold their assemblies and ceremonies in the Hamar'Qad.
