Gelatinous Pudding
The Gelatinous Pudding is assumed to be related to the Gelatinous Cube due to the fact that they look very similar. The big difference is the material they have been made out of, because unlike the acid containing cubes they are made out of pudding.
A peaceful Gelatinous Pudding hasn't been obseved yet, since despite the tasty material they are made of they will attack you. They usually attack from a distance at first by shooting hot pudding from their core, which can cause quite extreme burns and even death.
If they get close enough they often try to jump on you to absorb you into their jelly like body, which scientists assume is their way to consume nutrition. In any case it isn't a situation you want to be in, since they can suffocate you if your head gets submerged inside. Additionally the heat from their core will cook you alive if you're stuck in it for too long.

They are cubic shapes in many sizes and colours, depending on the flavour of pudding they are made out of.
Genetics and Reproduction
Gelatinous cubes grow and once they reach their biggest size will split into two as a way of reproduction. This creates 2 cubes that are half the size of the previous one. On very rare occasion it has also been observed
Growth Rate & Stages
Gelatinous pudding grows with anything they eat. Once they have reached a certain size they will split themselves into two smaller cubes, reproducing and restarting the growing cycle.
If they are killed, the pudding that remeains can be eaten, but should be checked for contamination with other substances before eating it. Additionally, it may end badly if you eat too much of it as they can cause nausea.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Like all cubic creatures they can see clearly for 60ft around them despite having no eyes (Blindsight). Scientists have not figured out how exactly they do so, but it is under investigation.
