The Floating Smithy
Legend says that the patron of the Forge, Vulcan, manifests himself as a massive dragon turtle when on the Material Plane. It is said that he appears to sailors as an island shrouded in mist, and any that are able to land on its shores may discover the secrets to legendary craftsmanship.
