Sun Bread

Sun Bread is a type of flatbread popular within the City of Umbar and the surrounding region of Greater Umbar.

Its unique, defining feature is its baking method; it is baked by leaving the bread dough out in direct sunlight from sunrise to sunset, as to be "infused with the Divine Light of Our Sun God Vraisos the Bright".
