Episode 2: The Curiously Case of the Grumpy Goblin

As the day begins, I make my way with the goblin down to the bar. I acquire a bottle of rum for myself and a bottle of wine for the Goblin, whose name is Bogger. We find out from Bogger that there is a camp of goblins outside of town and we find out also from the local sheriff that there is a bounty on this group of individuals. We decide that we might need more help in this adventure. We make our way to the outskirts of town. Where we find the Golden Golem, a s Tavern on the outskirts of Vigo. Here we inquire of the bartender, whose name is Red, of any individuals looking for work. We find an individual by the name of McGruver, who is seeking his companion, a Falco McCloud. If we can assist McGruver in finding his friend, they may accompany us on our adventure. McGruver states that his friend is likely to be found in the outskirts of town in the wooded areas.   The group travels out of the town and after several hours of travel they make camp for the evening. McGruver and Uriah take the first watch because it is not a safe place to be. Several hours pass before they notice a rustling in the bushes and a thin translucent wire running from one tree to another. Uriah approaches the line and reaches out for it, touching it. As soon as Uriah touches the wire, the rustling in the bushes becomes louder. The two decide to wake up the others as this might be an issue. As the group stands around the campfire awaiting what is to happen next, a giant tree spider appears and is quite hungry. As the battle between the group and the spider ensues, Bogger attempts to escape. Only to be subdued by McGruver just on the outskirts the camp. Uriah and JK make several attempts to injure the spider and are quite successful but the beast is not yet dead. I rush over to assist McGruver only to find that I am now in the eyes of the spider. As the beast begins to lower itself towards me, I hear a whistle from the woods and a small reptilian beast comes out of nowhere. It lashes out at the spider killing it and devouring it piece by piece, moments later Falco McCloud, a ranger, appears from the woods. He introduces the reptile as his companion, Slippy, and after several minutes of speaking with Falco, he decides to join the group as well.   The rest of the evening goes on without a hitch. We all get the rest that we need and as we make our way deeper into the woods. We find ourselves ambushed by a large group of goblins. Bogged begins speaking with the goblins on our behalf trying to get them to take us to the king. We are then led to the Goblin King and find out that they are the egg snatcher Clan and that they are not willing to leave the area. I tried to talk with the king but Uriah and JK are planning an attack. Quickly and suddenly the goblin leader is taken down from a magical attack. Moments later the Goblins begin running in fear and Bogger informs us that the King has a pet. The pet is a very angry crocodile, who has just entered the cave through a lagoon and is not very happy because we killed his master.

Episode 1: Bed and Break-fast

Date : 8-29-877   I've arrived at the town of Vigo. After accomplish the escort, I have seeked the patron Quincy for the payment due. I am now sitting at the bar at Quincy's Tavern enjoy my rum and some locals are hanging about. There is a gnome entertaining the locals by the name of Jekas Biggleneggle, he is not the best Bard I've ever heard but he's doing a good job. After several minutes a young man about my own age comes walking into the tavern. He approaches the bar and is greeted by set alarm as a bartender for Quincy's. The young man introduces himself as Uriah Huxley and asked to speak with Quincy. After Quincy appears, a tall slender gentleman I've dealt with before, the two gentlemen talk business for several minutes. Being able to overhear their conversation JK asks about what help this young man might need. It seems that there are items being stolen from The Tavern and Quincy has recruited this young man to find out why. Jk offers his assistance to Uriah and next to them is an older gentleman, an elf who introduces himself as Don Jagger, who also offers his assistance. After the three of them have spoken for quite some time, JK jumps on the bar and begins entertaining the crowd once again. Looking down the bar he sees me at the end sipping from my cup of rum, twirling one of my throwing knives. He grabs an empty cup and places that upon his head, as he announces to the crowd that I am going to use my dagger to knock the cup off of his head. The crowd begins to cheer with excitement. JK turns towards me, gives me a nod, as I stick my throwing knife into the counter, I reach behind my back and pull my dagger out quickly hurling it down the bar and into the cup. The crowd erupts in chios and began filling the empty cup was gold and silver. It is that time it is at that time that the group invites me to join them, my name Johnson Piraat but you can call me Johnny.   As Don, Uriah and JK begin investigating in the back room of Quincy's for any signs of forced entry. I make my way into the merchant area to check with the other vendors on any possible issues. I speak with a local Alchemist by the name of Orson Gardiner, who informs me that he has lost a crate of healing potions. We make a deal that if I can return the crate of potions, he will pay me with a high valued potion. I returned to Quincy's to find Don and JK but Uriah is nowhere in sight. Upon inquiry I find out that Uriah is checking a dark back alley by himself. I do not think this is a good idea and a s Jk makes his way to speak with the guards on duty, Don and I make our way down the dark alley. After several feet, we come to a corner in the alley and find that Uriah has been attacked by three large rodents. We quickly exterminate the problem and make our way back to Quincy's Tavern for refuge from any more of the creatures.   A celebration begins with much drinking and talking, only to be interrupted by noise coming from the back room. JK and Johnny go into the back room to be confronted by several goblins who are looting the area. With a quick yell out to their friends, the battle begins. The team quickly takes care of the goblins capturing one of them and taking him hostage but in doing so, one of the walls of the tavern had caught fire and then unusually it was extinguished. Thus ends my first night in Vigo. Now spending the evening tied to a goblin, having got into two fights and my first day here. Can not wait to see where this adventure takes us

Episode 15: Death of a Bachelor

We have left Cave Call with the option to return to Shadow Crown Point. On the first night of our journey back we encountered problems with the goblins in the middle of the night as they raided our camp and stole valuable items from all the parties Falco and Uriah we're not on watch at the time as they should have been. As we woke up in the morning we realized that the money was gone. We continued on the path from Cave Call to Shadow Crown Point only to encounter three goblins along the way, who set up an ambush for us. My allies fought valiantly and easily took down the three goblins. One of them had our valuables we reclaimed.      We continued on our way to Shadow Crown Point where we met up with the Army only to find out that  General  Calva had made his way back to Vigo since there was trouble brewing. We found out from Doctor price that a well-deserved Bounty was left behind by the general for the finding of the scouts bandanas. We took time to rest that evening within the safety of the camp. The next morning we found out that the General was dead. The Captain informed me that he was going to be leaving the next morning. He was going to be given the orders in 12 hours to break camp and return to Vigo to face the threat of the monsters on the outskirts.     Our party acquired horses and made quick haste returning to Vigo. The city was found in shambles the outskirts were filled with people wanting to get in the city and residents wanting to get out. Several yards from the entrance to the city was an encampment. After making our way into the City and meeting with Sheriff Dale we were informed of the situation. Several days before we arrived this Camp of monsters arrived on the outskirts of the city. And just 12 hours earlier the general was murdered. As my allies begin an investigation into the murder, I made my way to the outskirts of town to the Golden Golem seeking an old friend. After making my way through the war tattered outer skirts of the city I found that the Golden Golem, a once vibrant tavern was now empty. The rooms were stripped of all valuables. There was no sign of life throughout the building, but recalling my time spent there with Red, I remembered the back room. Where I spent so many nights on the tattered couch. I found the door to the room locked and secured from inside. I began knocking and calling out for anyone who maybe alive inside. I found Red and her older associate, who was injured barricaded there, starving, dirty needing help. I offered her sanctuary within the city walls but we had to hurry. After hoisting the old man onto my shoulder we made our way to the city walls where Ernest allowed us entry but a mob of 200 individuals had seen where we were going and the entry into the city. Against Ernest judgment I told him to shut the door behind him and to take care of my friends. As I and four of the guards held the mob back.      After dealing with that situation, I met up with my friends who had discovered at the residents of the general, a murder. Upon investigation of the home we found a ceremonial dagger that belongs to the Orcs and several other pieces of evidence. We proceeded to give the evidence to Dale. Dale suggested that we negotiate with the Orcs to inquire of why they were at the city of Vigo. Upon exiting Vigo we made our way to the orc encampment to discover that they were not what they appear to be. With the help of an old friend, Bogger, we were able to communicate with the queen of the Orcs. Who graciously has given us two days to return their precious totem which was stolen from them. Upon returning the ceremonial orc blade because it was stained with blood it was therefore useless to the Orcs. We returned to Vigo and once again let Sheriff Dale know of our findings and determined that the only suspect left was Lord Dicar. We made our way to Dicar's residence that was in the city. Upon entering the home, one of my allies again caught wind of the flower fragrance that he had smelled at the crime scene. We questioned the Lord only to find out that it was not he, but his wife who held the rights to land. Dicar called for his wife and questioned her motivation for murder. She stated that it was love, but not for him. She the attempted to kill us all.
