Mot

Mot, The Prince of Necromancers is the god of endings. His role is multifaceted: the champion of decay and sterility and the overseer of fields that never grow, of the noble house that dies out, and of the destruction of entire nations. He encompasses mass slaughter, necromancy, and obliteration on a grand scale.   Mot is always shown as askeletal figure, with hollowed eyes and wearing a green hood. He is often seen with his greataxe or gnarled staff resting at his side, and with his arm in a gesture of command. His green robes are marked with glyphs of fire and signs of warding; no light or vision can see within his garments, and anything covered by Mot’s robes is said to be taken from the world into the Realm of Shadows. Mot rules from a black throne in a land of mists near the River Styx. He maintains the plane of Mirey as a place of filth, full of torments for the unworthy. Mot’s treasury is said to contain all the wealth of the dead in his lands, and “rich as Mot’s vault” is a common phrase used to describe extreme wealth.
