Teredean

An ethnicity of Humans, Teredean ethnic groups were vastly wiped out during The Descent. There are very few people left in Kal'Araan with strong Teredean bloodlines, while much of their culture lives on in other ethnic groups.
Teredean culture is one of exploration, inclusion, and perfectionism. While not having a history of racial or ethnic prejudice, there are countless societal tropes of Teredeans holding themselves to incredibly high standards, even to the point of mental detriment. This, accompanied with the massive generational grief felt by the loss of their homelands, leads many Teredeans to develop depressive or self-destructive mentalities while simultaneously being incredibly talented in their trades.
These generalities are not universal as integration continues between Teredeans and other ethnic groups. Those of strong Teredean blood typically have light or bronzed skin, black or dark brown hair, and are known for their hair turning blonde instead of grey as they age.
