Fan's Haulers are the crew following Fan Yu, sailing aboard the infamous Valencian Junk Promise. Fan Yu has the first and last say in all issues facing the Haulers, being the leader of the crew.
Public Agenda
Active smugglers, the Haulers make an effort to avoid looking bad in the public eye. There's a near-zero tolerance for those who tend towards unbridled violence in the Haulers, making guile and cunning their most valuable traits.

The largest asset to the Haulers is the ship known as Promise.
