An orcish man from the Kagan Highlands, Fan Yu leads a band of slick smugglers know as Fan's Haulers aboard his beloved ship, Promise. He is currently wanted by the Imperial Commonwealth of Emyr for illicit trading, though he has evaded their reach for many years.
