The Bloodletters are a roving warband that pillages much of north-central Kal'Araan. Historically a small menace, they have grown in size since The Descent.

Structure

The Bloodletters are organized into a warband, being led by a war-chief. Captains and other "officers" of the warband are informal, and usually decided by combat prowess.

Public Agenda

While the warchief may have a varying agenda, most of them follow tenants of anarchy and what is referred to as "cleansing", the act of totally purging an area of human life to remove what they believe to be corrupting forces of governmental hierarchy.

Assets

Carrying numerous weapons and arms, the Bloodletters do not have a central location for storing their pillaged goods. Most consumable goods are just that: consumed. As for gold and riches, most Bloodletters are anarchist in nature and prefer to exist without many material riches.

History

The Bloodletters have been the cause of untold suffering in both Northern and Southern Emyr. Their most famous massacres are the Battle of Westhill and the sacking of Cauldron's Heel.
