The Kakorean people did not join the Republic until the Clone Wars began. Palpatine used the outbreak of the war to convince the Alpha to join. For the first time in millennia, Kakorean Jedi (Or Kendaar as they call themselves) are working with The Jedi Council.

Order 66
Era beginning/end

The clone wars come to an end with the execution of Order 66. Clone soldiers were ordered to kill the Jedi as Chancellor Palpatine deemed them as traitors to the Republic.
