Keert goes crazy
Keert goes crazy and attacks humans. Soovi engages him, but is unable to defeat him. She asks humans to ehlp her contain him, but they betray her. After Keert is killed they turn on Soovi, Juku & Edruk. Mikkli, Varvaara & Lovise go deep into the mountains to hide.

Lovise is desperate to mate and rebuild the dragon line. Mikkli goes with her to protect her. But she is betrayed by the man she chooses as a Lordling. He is persuaded to help the magicians capture them. The leader of the magicians uses dark magic to create the shifters from the dragon hearts. Varvaara is the only dragon left, and she hides in the mountains. No one knows she remains there. The shifter clans take over ruling Kaitstud, while the magicians set up the Conservatoire as an indepentent entity.

Birgith, Vincence, Artur & Nikulas born
Varvaara can't deny her instinct to procreate, so she ventures into a small village near the mountains to find a Lordling. She gives birth to four eggs, but when they hatch the girl is a human baby, not a dragon. She has to reveal herself to the father and give him the baby to bring up. She remains in the valley with the three baby boy dragons, while Birgith is brought up among the shifter clans Varvaara knows nothing about.
