Willory, Child of Solana
The young spirit Willory follows the sun and her seasons, content to spend her days dancing in the deserts and lounging on island volcanoes.
Willory's Doctrine
Willory believes in the ever-shifting nature of Kairos and the fury of a temporary life before it burns out. She only makes clerics of people she's run across in her wanderings, who she likes to bless when she's happy with the way she's been treated and punish if they irritate her. Because of the way she travels, desperate people will sometimes walk through the desert seeking a blessing from her, but she isn't known for being particularly generous. She is far more inclined to follow her whims than any kind of sympathy she should feel, and while she likes to reward people for being kind to her, she isn't partial to being treated well to get something in return. She also has a tendancy to visit the people she makes clerics of, but only when they're somewhere she feels comfortable following. She tends to get scarce in the colder months. The Spirit of the Summer Suns
Willory chases the light of Solana across the planet. She prefers to spend her time in the heat, so most of the time this means walking with her feet in the desert sands of Sahil-Alnaar and Manzali or resting on hot island coasts. However, she's been seen in the far north of Dorstovoya during the endless days of midsummer. The story goes that after the Exodus, Willory's life began to burn out. For whatever the reason may have been, she couldn't survive forever in the physical world as she was. She begged the gods, who she'd once walked with on Kairos, to save her life. It was Sarathael who granted her a continued life. Legend says it came with the caveat that her life force would be tied with the sun's power, but there's no direct evidence of this, and if it's true, it's an anomaly among the gods. She ascended soon afterward.Rivalry in the Sky
Willory has a strange relationship with The Sky Twins, who she thinks are meddling unneccessarily when she's faced with poor weather. Granted, they can't stop her from walking atop the clouds, but she's still irritated by their domains. She may have a better relationship with one than the other, or perhaps she simply likes them sometimes and comes to blows with them other times. Either way, legend says that when rain falls in the sunshine, it's because Willory and The Twins are fighting in the skies above. Likewise, two rainbows in the sky is a sign that they three of them are dancing or playing together somewhere just out of view.
