Silver Sails
The Silver Sails is an elite naval division employed by House Caervil, comprising of a dozen warships each larger than any warship owned by any other House. They are strong ships and fast, wrought by the master shipwrights of Caervil and each bears the name of a former Duchess of that House.
The crews are all hand-picked for their experience and loyalty, and discipline aboard the Silver Sails is firm but not harsh - experts do not need to be bullied into service like pressed men or raw recruits. These sailors do their duty out of instinct not out of fear. Swift, agile and strong the twelve Silver Sails are a feared sight in waters where they have enemies. Until recently they have served in the vast seas hunting down pirate fleets and raiders, but in 1051 their orders saw them returning to the shores of Caervil

- Aelswyth - the flagship of the Silver Sails - larger and better outfitted than the rest

- Aelflain
- Edrynas
- Emmalyn
- Rusalyn - carries a large contingent of elite marines
- Sylvasena
- Aldyth
- Magaryll - the smallest of the fleet, but swift and deadly
- Adelys
- Eleynor
- Myranan - the largest of the fleet, a veritable fortress of the sea
