House Orloi

They are listed with the Oathkeepers only because they were not part of the Dawn Alliance, but nobody is really sure of the Orloi’s allegiance. During the civil war their forces formed mercenary companies and were employed by both sides. Their lands are small and remote and they are rumoured to have strange traditions unknown to outsiders. Rumour also claims that their nobles are more assassin than warrior. The lands of Orloi have more known practitioners of magic than any other land and the Orloi are nicknamed the Eyeless Ones as a result. The current ruler is Count Skreylar.
The ladies of the Orloi consider it scandalous to bare their arms (and particularly wrists) in public. Long gloves are the norm.
