Shimazu Nariakira

The former Daimyo of Hayakawa who is assumed to have perished during the Second Great Yokai War. Nariakira was the oldest of the Daimyo and ruled with a fair yet stern hand.
A letter penned by Nariakira requesting aid from Tengoku was discovered in Hayakawa during the Hayakawa Infiltration  operation.
