A distant town

A small town built and inhabited by the The Two Families. While the use of magic is common and visitors are likely to notice some unexplainable things if they pay attention, they rely in normal technology and science whenever possible, and don't overuse magic neither with great changes to environment nor with unnecesary things. Therefore, the town may look quite advanced, but nothing out of the ordinary.
People just live peaceful lives, away from the rest of the world but not isolated from them.
