The Nobility of Yorgen are the plutocratic families that rule each of the 5 remaining citystates. Rich beyond belief, but with rule allowed for by the people, the noble families tend to rule with a soft touch. With access to incredible education, diverse cultures, and a nexus of trade, nobles have access to anything they can desire.
