Description: A simple multicellular algae that prefers terrestrial environments with rain. They become softer, live and active after rain and can tolerate near-dessication for a time without rain. During dry spells they will go crusty and flaky. They tend to grow on surfaces that get a lot of shadow and shade.
Reproduction: It reproduces by growth and fragmentation and flaking (clones) but will occasionally produce asexual spores.
Food: Photosynthesis
