General Summary

• Female leader of tribe takes care of the Queen
• Thunder moves behind one of the huts to get some privacy to look at her items
• Alvyn helps the tribe gather berries and nuts that grew after the Queen did the thing.
• Almost out of the eye of the storm, will soon be stormy again.
• Thick forest should give good cover.
• S has short conversation with M about how to deal with killing people (S feels like a different terrible person when he does it)
• In Ornate Vial: Holds completely transparent smell-less very thick (like sunscreen) liquid.
• Nothing happened when pouring a drop on a plant
• Tries touching it with my finger -> Feel a tiny bit happier.
• Tribesmen securing stuff etc. But not worried, kinda happy.
• Carrying the Queen to the main hut. Almost worship her, keeps saying 'Mother'
• Offering her their best things, giving her the chieftains bed and flowers etc.
• Start chanting. contains: 'Mother', 'Forest', 'Protector'
• Making cup/bowl w/hands, moving it upwards (offering her something symbolic)
• Wants to bring M on a hunt.
• Wierd distant screams that does not seem to be from an animal.
• The tribesmen does not want to go in the north-east direction, to avoid it.
• Finds deers that seem of: color changes, electric shock when touched.
• T looks at the rest of the stuff, but are stumped on the nature of some of the things (lack of knowledge)
• Sumi (female leader) explains that there is new danger, unknown, help. *makes lightning, and big scary monster sounds, screams horrifyingly*
• We go to the ship to prepare for the storm
• Tribesmen a bit disappointed
• Wind is coming from the north
• While climbing the rope Alvyn falls into the water.
• T shoots a rope arrow (misses, then hits), but Alvyn isn't able to catch it.
• Alvyn doesn't know how to swim
• Last resort T shoots A in the shoulder
• The others reel him in.
• We give up on the ship
• Things seemed secure on the ship
• Tries to go back to the village (1 dmg from getting slammed by the wind)
• Goes into the empty hut to wait out the storm
• Shows the others the Vial to get S to identify it
• He lacks a 100gp pearl to cast the spell
• Vial is made of gold and inlaid with pearls (uses them to cast the spell, not consumed)
• Imbued with magic that can contain anything inside it, without any magical effect leaking out.
• When trying to identify the liquid -> vial turns completely black, stopping any attempt at it.
• The vial is slowly turning back to gold.
• (S knows: some counterspell woven into the vial)
• Hears distant howls from the north-east (not getting closer)
• Also screams, otherworldly
• Sort of dry now, Storm over
• The Lady is awake, seems embarrassed
• Is now early morning, slight breeze, bit of rain
• (S) Seems like pain and frustration. (T) Most likely from a humanoid, could be a human. Screams of pain and struggle. Ethereal struggle -> something is distorting the screams
• Openly asks the lady what she's embarrassed about. Then asks about the glow that entered her from the tree
• She feels stronger, connected, feels the goddess.
• Her hair seems to glow more than before, her skin is lighter.
• Says she might be able to cure the people now that she's stronger.
• She heads for the ship
• Tells Sumi that we're going for the monster
• Most of the tribe follows the Queen. The courageous and young (3 including Parapara) follows us.
• Enters a crevice that moves down
• Large beartrap on the path
• Tribesmen curious, one touches it gets stuck. A bear cub spawns on top of him. (also trapped)
• A tinkers with the trap, opening it.
• In comes the mother bear….
• Instantly attacks Alvyn, mauling him and grappling him in her jaws (LOTS of dmg…)
• The weird screaming is coming from the ruins
• T grabs the bear cub and throws it into the crevice. (Trying to get the mommy bear to follow)
• She shakes A unconscious and throws him to the side, then swipes at S. Before jumping into the crevice.
• The cub is alive.
• The tribesmen jump into the crevice to fight the bear
• S heals A (Life transfer)
• Momma bear kills one tribesman
• M jumps down too, does decent dmg.
