General Summary

  • Lower room S and M is in is filled with zombies that are attracted to S's light.
  • Symbols of the moon etc. (often used in Connla's Well, used by the Lady)
  • When A killed a zombie, the symbols on the walls light up, pulse then dim. The zombies become docile.
  • Moon symbol carved into the forehead of a zombie, pristine white clothes.
  • When the Lady is mentioned the symbols light up (on their foreheads as well)
  • Big storm
  • Discretely drawn symbols of the Lady on the crates in the quartermasters chambers
  • S trying to find a tarp to cover the zombies so that the refugees can flee there and not notice them. -> Got them from the quartermaster
  • Moves the refugees into the hull, they start chanting the name of the Lady and others join them down there.
  • Thunder hiding in the lab, and pocketing everything that seems interesting of pocket size as a coping mechanism.
  • Water casks rolling down the deck, the others in danger
  • The others are helping refugees/crew btw. Foolish people.
  • Something in my pocket smoking. (Some of the materials) -> blue/white smoke reveals that the walls are also covered with the Lady symbols
  • Small music box starts playing by itself -> calm, but melancholic feeling -> woman in a dress spinning.
  • Keeping the box playing, T starts taking instruments, not materials (a bit less frantically)
  • The box stops playing when the smoke dissipates.
  • T starts gathering materials in vials, so they don't react to each other.
  • Sailor up top falls in the water
  • A in the water -> saved by Manath
  • Main mast breaks -> falls forward -> A hit by shrapnel
  • The room T is hiding in shakes and stuff falls of off the shelves -> T covered in chemicals and glass
  • Gets out of the room and tries to get stuff off.
  • When refugee chanting Lady stuff -> music box lightly plays
  • Thrown around because of storm -> has taken a lot of dmg at this point…
  • Cannons have gotten loose
  • George staring at T
  • The others finally get lifelines
  • Pass into the eye of the storm -> eerily quiet -> drifting towards a small island
  • Island settled, most of the island in the eye as well.
  • Matt Waters (Captain) manages to get us there
  • Stops about 250 ft. from shore
  • Some of the refugees are behaving strangely (biting the air, reaching for others) (probably infected)
  • S takes Ariel (and her mom) to see the Voice
    • advanced necromantic magic
    • At the moment out of her reach to fix, but will try to talk to the Lady to see what can be done
    • Ariel sacrifices her teddy bear to the Lady -> affliction dissipates (not completely, but mostly)
  • T using the fact that she's injured to be in the first group to get taken to land.
  • Some of the ones on the fishing boats are the ones acting strangely.
  • S and T tells the fishermen about the infection (I kinda fucked up and said it to bluntly)
  • They refuse to let anyone leave the boat until the situation had been taken care of.
  • There's villagers and tribesmen on the island.
  • Will take some of us to land to consult with their chief
  • Needs tools, water, food, and timber
  • S convinces them that the quartermaster is infected.
  • T manages to convince A to join us, so our whole group will go.
  • The Lady comes too
  • Meets the elder at the beach
  • They're using the tribesmen as slaves. 
  • End of session
