Homebrew Rules

  1. Any member of the party gets saving throws, this is meant to include any animal, creature or NPC that has joined the party such as Mead, this does not apply to any construct, magic item that turns into a creature or undead.
  2. Bones are inorganic material.
  3. A magic item that turns into a creature is not a party member so it doesn't benefit from rule 1.
  4. Any creature that flanks by being adjacent to an enemy gets advantage.
  5. Nat 20 on a death save gives the creature that rolled the save 1 HP and the creature is no longer prone.
  6. Vertical flanking is flanking.
  7. You can set a blight on fire by making a grapple check while holding a lit torch, if you succeed with making the grapple then you will do 1d4 fire damage and the blight will take 1d4 damage on the start of each of it's turns.
  8. Burning a corpse takes 1 minute, the corpse will only leave a skeleton behind if nothing puts out the flames.
  9. Smashing a medium sized skeleton completely takes 1 minute, a large sized skeleton requires a an attack roll against the creatures DC, succeeding allows the smashing of the skeleton to take 30 minutes or an hour on a failure.
  10. Throwing a creature requires that the thrower first grapple the creature, on the throwers next turn it can throw the grappled creature up to 20ft for short range and up to 60ft long range. The creature being thrown and whatever the thrown creature is being thrown at must both make DEX saves taking 2d6 bludgeoning damage on a fail or half on a success, medium creatures/objects deal 2d6, increasing the size class adds 1d6 damage, if thrown more than 20ft the creature being thrown and the target get advantage. A creature can only throw a creature/object that is the same size class is it or smaller.
