Brambleshear Groves

Sure, I s’pose you could get to Ivadoor on foot. Long as you don’t mind being stalked by allosaurus’s the whole way, while dodging any curious therizinosaur’s, tyrant birds, baryonyx, gray renders and anything else attracted to that supply of rations your haulin’. But hey, cheaper than my ferry.

Geography

Sitting at Dreylas center, the Brambleshear Groves are divided into three groves by Silverstream river. With the largest of these groves being the southern portion, which borders the Ivory Peaks.

Ecosystem

Despite being an ecological hotspot, the three forests that compose the Bramble Woods are not particularly peculiar or unique in any notable way. While the Silverstream does provide a unique separation between them, with species like the Baryonyx serving as intermediary predator for the forests, the woods themselves are seemingly ordinary in appearance. That being said, should one be brave enough to venture into the Brambleshear Groves, a plethora of odd obelisks and artifacts have been discover within. Even the odd Thrúdheim ruin has been discovered, albeit to a much lesser degree.

Fauna & Flora

As stated previously, the Brambleshear Groves are ecological hotspots for an innumerable species. From the shy sivatherium, to the territorial therozinosaur, one doesn't need to venture far to find a treasure trove of unique and interesting species. That being said, the plethora of creatures also means a plethora of predators. With packs of allosaurus patrolling the woodlands, packs of baryonyx lurking within its waterways, and bramble tyrants meandering from meal to meal; it takes a different sort to venture within these woods alone.
