Amargasaur
Preferring forested and marsh habitats, the nomadic Amargasaurus is a keystone animal, as it makes for the perfect, albeit somewhat dangerous, prey item for many of the larger predators on Jotunheim.
Seldom staying in one place for long, the Amargasaurus (often called “Margo’s”) will spend their whole lives traveling from marsh, to jungle, to forest and back to marsh again, grazing along the way.
As for defense, the Amargasaurus is a very interesting case of sexual dimorphism, as its mentality is highly dependent on its sex. A male, or “Bull”, Amargasaurus will exclusively travel alone, endlessly searching for a female herd to mate and compete for, and will be highly aggressive and territorial, using their retractable spines to their fullest extent. Females, or “cows”, however tend to stay in herds and are much less aggressive, and easily spooked.
