Bleeding
While you are bleeding, you experience the following effect:
- Blood needed: The Bleeding condition can only be applied to creatures that has blood or similar functioning fluids in their veins. Creatures devoid of blood are immune to the bleed condition.
- Hemorrhage: While bleeding, you takes slashing damage equal to your Constitution modifier + 2 (minimum 1) at the start of your turn.
- If you would gain the Bleeding condition while already bleeding, you immediately suffer the Hemorrhage damage again.
- Blood Loss: You have disadvantage on Constitution saving throws while bleeding.
- Patch up wounds: If you regain hit points equal to or greater than your Constitution score (maximum 20), the condition ends.
- Bandages. As an action, a creature within 5 feet may attempt a DC 10 Wisdom (Medicine) check using bandages or similar wound-binding materials. On a success, the condition ends.
- Spells. Lesser Restoration, Greater Restoration, and Regenerate removes the bleed condition instantly.
- Cauterize. If you take fire damage equal to or greater than the healing required to remove the condition, the bleeding is cauterized and ends.
