Helthar is the Aralanian goddess of healing, night, and sleep. She is the daughter of Ohena , god of civilization and leadership, and Abitur , goddess of love, beauty, and compassion. Helthar’s domain encompasses rest, recovery, and the gentle passage of time during the night. Often depicted as a serene figure holding a mortar and pestle, she is seen as the embodiment of both physical and spiritual healing. Helthar represents the fusion of wisdom, compassion, and care.
