Elel has a stand-offish and sarcastic personality that puts many other nobles off, but her attitude is exactly why Tekhetsio has gravitated towards her at various social get-togethers involving both Houses in the past. That, and her excellent taste in earrings and eyeshadow.
She seems to find most politics dull and most politicians even duller, but she has a sharp eye for strategy and pays attention to a lot more than she lets on.
She has very little claim to anything substancial in House Darlia's domain, nor does she seem particularly interested in scrambling for it like the rest of her family.
