Pronounced "Seh-TAM-sa", the party knows very little about this Old God other than that they were partly responsible for the events of the Spellplague, somehow taking advantage of the chaos created by Tairm.
Very little is known about Cetam'sa in the modern time. Historians and a few iconoclastic artists believe they were strongly associated with creation, invention, and passionate obsession. They were said to frequently mold their own form into different humanoid-adjacent shapes, but depictions of them often reference the color red.
The month of Septemsa is named after this god, though the sounds have become jumbled with time.
