Luxury hotel with rooms and full suites, known for being one of the places where both visiting dignitaries and the personal friends of nobles are set up with a stay. One of the only buildings with a prominent, colored roof, for which it is named.
The proprietor owes Tek or his family, so he is able to stash his visiting friends there for a much lower or no rate.
