The Dagger in the Hand Society

The Dagger in the Hand Society are a criminal organization based in the city of Ostenhut. They control the criminal underworld of the city. The main duties they perform are kidnappings, assassinations, extortion, racketeering, smuggling, and blackmail. For rank and file members they only known they are led by a mysterious figure known only as the Faceless Blade.

They engaged bloody street wars with the Hand in the Mist and a very powerful criminal network of merchants called the Renzofenwa. These wars have lasted for decades and will until all resistance is crushed.

Some of the low-level rank and file members will get tattoos of a portion of the daggers appearing to be piercing into the hand. This tattoo covers the scar of the ceremonial induction into the Society where a dagger is pierced through the hand as initiation.
