Death’s Suffocating Breath

Blowing Dust into the 10 feet radius area causes all creatures of your choosing in the area to make a Constitution Saving Throw or automatically lose its initiative roll order as they feel the tight grip of death stealing its breathe and suffocating the creature.

Effect

Until the spell ends the creature’s initiative is essentially “1” going after any ally of the spellcaster that might have the same initiative.
