On Attack: Due to the weight of this this arrow it must be fired with an arc, causing Disadvantage.
On Hit: Instead of Piercing Damage, this arrow deals 1d4 Force Damage, and 2d6 Fire Damage.
Blast Radius: On a successful Hit, every other creature within a 5ft. Must make a Dexterity Saving Throw of DC 13, taking 2d6 Fire Damage on a Failed Save, and Half as much on a Success. Objects targeted or within the radius also take damage.
