Repair water and piping through entire keep

Clear Road & Repair bridge - Completed


  Clear back road – timber and workers from Old Growth Inc – Cost: 500 gp if they get to keep to the timber
Bridge – Cost: 750 gp with Hard hearts and Old Growth INC
Benefits: Travel to Ashbourne can be complete in one day of travel (Round trip can be completed in a day but arrival home is after dark)

Farm - Completed


Cost: 500 gp
Includes cottage and surrounding land (3 plots 2 for gardening, 1 for small livestock). Saves 50 gp/season total on food costs indefinitely.

Guard Towers (4 towers) Completed


Cost: 400 gp per tower
Each tower is 20 feet tall with a roofed platform and room for a ballista (not purchased), 4 arrow slits at various levels, a middle level for solider duty stay, and storage on the ground level.
The location of the towers are as follows:
  • (2) Transportation Entrance yard into the Keep
  • (2) Grand Entrance yard into Keep
