Wetwork Engineering
"With you, all the way"Wetwork is a weapons manufacturer from the crystal desert, generally understood to be primarily loyal to the drosden fleet. Their weapons are divided into 2 categories: Physical and Energy. Their physical weapons generally follow a similar design philosophy to Feline, having a generous number of mod rails. Instead of polymer bodies, Wetwork weapons are made out of metal and fiber glass and are black instead of light grey. But the most notable difference is that Wetwork weapons are a lot smaller, making them easy to hide and use with only one hand which is perfect for sailors who often need to split their attention in combat. Their weapons are sold with a stock and silencer instead of a sight, all other mods are not included. The energy weapons are also generally compact, but follow a more fantasy pirate aesthetic, generally resembling flint and wheellock pistol with lights and holographic scopes. These weapons are also mostly silent and fire off a powerful plasma blast, having small magazines but high power and accuracy. Both physical and energy weapons made by wetwork are extremely resilient, being operable in space, under water, in arctic environments, deserts, irradiated areas, and wetwork weapons were even used in some of the meatscapes when the council went after the great old one known as [DATA EXPUNGED]. It's this quality alongside the compactness that makes them extremely popular among pirates who are the most likely to switch from one environment to an extremely different one often. The fact most wetwork weapons are silenced as well that makes them equally popular among hitmen, spies, and saboteurs, while the general compactness and reasonable pirates also often see them used by criminals and gangsters who want to hide their weapons. Lastly because of all of these qualities in addition to the respectable damage and accuracy of wetwork weapons that Roamers, Trailblazers, Scavengers, and Hazard Rangers are also known to favor this brand. Armour produced by wetwork also has these qualities and are usually form fitting and useful for mobility and stealth.

Salamander-pc8 (Roamer Handcannon)
Chambered in 959 action express (handgun version of 959 JDJ, hunting ammo for rhinos), the salamander-pc8 is without a doubt the most powerful revolver available to the military. Much like the kinslayer itself, this pistol is only available to the roamers because it is incredibly expensive to make and the recoil on it is arguably worse than the kingslayer as it doesn't have a stock and fires the biggest ammunitions available for pistols. It has a 3 round cylinder, a giant scope made by Instinct, and a silencer that makes its shots difficult to detect over long ranges made by Wetwork. Type: RevolverRange: Extremely long

The Chameleon-ss7
Designed for maximizing stealth, Chameleon is a lightly armoured stealth suit useable underwater and in space. It is favoured by detectives and corporate assassins who like to stay hidden from targets and allies. The user interface for the chameleon was designed for instinct, and it allows the user easy access to a hit list, direct contact with command, and thermal vision (which is immensely useful underwater). Type: Stealth suitResilience: Low
Resistances: Energy (30%), Magic (50%), Ballistic (20%)
Weight class: Light

Gecko-sp37
The gecko-sp37 is the standard issue for pirates in the fleet as it is both water and space proof in addition to rarely jamming. It also does respectable damage while maintaining solid accuracy, for all intents and purposes: it is a direct upgrade from the USP-12 used by the peacemakers. It is also the second most sold firearm on Jeslore, as it is priced at an affordable 5 cyber credits and is shipped with the silencer and flashlight module included. The gecko is also extremely popular among mercenaries that prefer clandestine wetwork over a daring frontal approach. Type: PistolRange: Medium long

Cobra-nb7
The cobra is the standard issue melee weapon given to members of the drosden fleet's crownest agency as the blade itself is made up of nano technology, allowing it to sheath itself which makes this already concealable weapon even harder to detect. In addition, as nanotech is used to construct the blade, the knife itself is sharper than anything. Marketing for it claims that "you can cut yourself by just looking at it", which of course is an exaggeration but of all the accidental dismemberments across Jeslore, the cobra is responsible for about 20% of them which is certainly a testimony to how sharp it is. Komodo-wx7
The Komodo is one of the most prized weapons made by Wetwork. It is a high calibre, adjustable coilgun that was sold only for a limited time to celebrate the birthday of the pirate queen. It is currently the only weapon available to civilian consumers with damage anywhere near the ballpark of what a kingslayer rifle can do. This weapon was marketed as a collectors item and only 500 +200 units for pre orders were made, 100 of which were issued to the drosden royal guard. A sizeable portion was then also purchased by SEAL, DECTA and resistance movements for their hidden emergency armories. Despite the fact that it was sold to anyone that could afford it, the weapon is actually quite difficult to use and the only ones actually trained with Komodo X weapons were the drosden royal guard. However, Wetwork did produce a sort of training video that customers could get for an additional 10 council credits as part of the pre order package. The copy of the training CD was unavailable to consumers who did not pre order, but on the day of release a premium deluxe package was offered which included the komodo-wx7, 3 magazines totalling up to 36 rounds of ammunition, the training manual, alternative ammo display settings, and a keychain. Python-as7
The Python is the cheapest power armour on the market and usually the first people start to use. It is optimized for mobility, stealth, and resilience. In essence, it is just a suit of power armour for rookies as it is easy to use and allows the user to fire a bigger class of weapons than they normally would without having to sacrifice speed or the ability to sneak up on enemies. It was initially designed as a sort of standard piece of technology for corporate security forces but due to the low cost it just became the most popular set of armour among successful freelancers. Whenever you enter a bar, you're bound to see at least 3 of these, and because they're also highly customizable (as part of a collaboration with Feline mod support was added) a lot of operators don't really see the point in switching up armour once they have a Python. Type: Power armourResilience: Low

Basilisk-sar3
The Basilisk is the standard issue assault rifle for the drosden fleet. It is an excellent all-rounder and a stiff rival to the MG-3288. Both in the peacemakers, the RAR, the fleet, and SEAL basilisks are as if not more common than the MG-3288. The MG-3288 obviously has the basilisk beat in terms of damage, but the basilisk not only has a higher firerate; the fact the basilisk is fully silenced both with its main ammunition and the under barrel taser makes it a more desirable option for soldiers who benefit from staying undetected as long as possible. It is also more compact than the MG-3288, making it less likely to get caught behind clothing and more useful in close range combat than the MG-3288 without really sacrificing accuracy or recoil. Gator-cs6
Also often referred to as its designation of Cyber Scimitar, the Gator is the standard issue melee weapon for the drosden fleet land army. It is coated in plasma, making it immensely hot and allowing it to cut through most armour with relative ease. Any contact with flesh will cause the blood to boil and any injuries or dismemberments done are immediately cauterized, preventing healers from regenerating it. It burns so bright, that gators are worthless without their sheathe. With certain cybernetics, this sword can even be used to deflect (not reflect) incoming fire away from the user. Raptor-cs7
The Raptor-Cyber Sabre 7 is a collapsible plasma sword that doesn’t use a blade, instead it uses a modified substance made up of Phlogiston, Plasma and a number of other unspecified compound (which Wetwork named Compound-K) that radiates immense heat. The way the raptor works is that upon switching it on, an energy barrier that doesn’t conduct heat very well is projected out of the hilt in the shape of a long rod. Once the barrier is formed, the hilt releases a mist of compound-K, and even though the barrier is bad at conducting heat, anything within an inch radius of the energy barrier will burn. The process powering on the sword is over in a quarter of a second. The raptor can cut through essentially anything due to how hot compound-K gets, it can cut through flesh, armour and barriers like a hot knife on butter. The energy barrier is also reflective, meaning that with the right augments or training it can be used to deflect incoming damage away from the user, although this drains the battery of the shield. The raptor is best used as a deception tactic in melee combat, where it is switched off between swings to make it harder for enemies to understand the reach of the blade. The fact that it has no actual blade makes the weapon virtually weightless, making it very easy to swing but also dangerous to use. Due to how raptors work, the only thing a raptor blade can make contact with is another raptor. Holding two raptors together will cause the battery to drain rapidly. When the battery of the barrier is depleted, the compound-k mist will be released, harming and potentially killing the user. Type: Collapsible plasma swordRange: N/A

Proprietary Technology
It often comes as a surprise to outsiders to Jeslore that one of the companies behind numerous scientific advancements in military technology is pirate owned. A number of technology they invented such as modern silencers, stealth scopes, and radar jamming isn’t actually patented as this was usually either commissioned by the government or Wetwork sees the benefit in allowing other companies to innovate using these technologies. That doesn’t mean they are generous, as they have put a patent on some of their most powerful technology such as compound-k which is needed to make cyber sabres, nanotechnology, the 959 action express ammo type and coil gun technology are also subject to copyright. This is partially because the government urged them to do so to prevent rampant bootlegging.
