The Black Hand

The Black Hand is a centuries old shadowy organization that participates in many different kinds of contracts, often against the most powerful of beings. The Black Hand accepts contracts against such entities as kings, guild leaders, mages, high ranking celestials, demons, devils, archfey, elementals, dragons, and/or extraplanars. They possess no moral chains and will steal, assassinate, or corrupt according to their contracts. They take payment of political power, magical boons, or favors to be called upon.The Black Hand will wipe out entire nations of people for a contract.

Morals are useless. The contract is everything.
