Bay of Dragons

Description

The bay is home to many adult aquatic dragons that use the deep water area and plentiful reefs area as a a place to teach and rear their young. Somewhere in the bay is the city of Yrns Morgath which is off limits to all non-dragons.
Note: Though the bay is located in hexes (7,5), (7,4), and (6,4) none of the hexes are scouted/explored.
