A land that is mostly Forests and mountains littered with the bones and bodies of Dragons. In the center of the land a ruin stands that has something to do with the god Io. Due to it being heavy in mana from the dead dragons any magic can go wild it even affects Magical items. and all the creatures have been affected by this Magic.

Quest Summaries

  • The Beating Drums of Ancient Wars Part 1: Addie and the group were hired by a famous archaeologist to help them explore some ruins in Sjach Okarthel related to the Dragon god Io. On the way there they stopped at a village with Dinosaurs stopping at the hatchery.
  • The beating drums of Ancient wars 2: After spending the night at the village with Dinosaurs and obtaining them the party continued their adventures. On the way they met a merchant that was a high elf and sold them a strange looking deer and a cape. After another day's travel the party arrived and was taken to the deers home where they got some information about the place.
  • The Beating Drums of Ancient wars 3 The party talked to the deer for awhile gathering more info at the mension of Addie being a dragon all the animals there ran away. Hearing a scream a little while later the party went to investigate the scream where they tried to appeal to the deer to take them to the ruins but the deer refused. After the negotiations broke down the animals attacked the party which managed to be only stopped by Wills quick thinking as he charmed some of the animals having them take them to the ruins. Arriving at the ruins they discovered that the ruins was a temple to Io.
  • The Beating Drums of Ancient wars 4:After exploring the ruins of Io some more the party decided to head to the ruins where they were supposed to meet their employer. On the first night of travel while everyone was asleep and the elves in a trance they were visited by some night hags which they easily dispatched.
  • The Beating Drums of Ancient wars 5:After starting the second day travel to the center of the area the party stopped at a tree that had a strange portal. After defeating some tentacled creatures they entered the through the portal ending at the Astral Sea. Exploring the Astral they ran into some Gnolls and quickly dispatched them relatively quickly.
  • The Beating Drums of Ancient wars 6: Arriving at the location of the ruins, the party discussed with Joyce Xavier how to proceed. They descended into the ruins and were met by a giant who they dispatched. They entered into a room with strange devices of unknown origin.
  • The Beating Drums of Ancient wars 7:Quest Summary (1-2 sentences): Exploring the ruins, the party discovered a large construct bound by pillars and in a wall of force--and in another room a river of dragon blood that lead to an underwater cave.
  • Choose Your Own Adventure:Lady Goggles, Malishi Clairnes,Rhodan, and Dart Damion decide to help out Ross, former blacksmith intern, to develop a new type of alloy which requires ancient dragon bones. Once they find the mountain tomb, they get ambush by the reanimated corpse of one of said dragon along with 2 geometrical laser flinging constructs. Flirting with death, they manage to complete their mission and are handsomely rewarded
