Hex Description:

Area is under the effect of a constant arcane thunderstorm. Underneath the eye of the storm, there is a purple glowing crater, inside which a long lost city of Netheril fell from the sky.

LORE SUMMARY:

Eldain Dragonspark sent Jaytowners north-west of Ilgrith to explore an area of weird magic; where they fount a fallen sky city called Netheril with all of its citezizns frozen, with an Karsus an Archmage entombed, three shards being the key to freeing him. One shard representing creation was located at a Deneir temple filled with monsters and puzzles. The shard of Destruction was in the feywild filled with Qrig, Drow, and protected by and ancient Crone.
The final shard, the shard of balance, was curopupted, but Wynox Tor meditated: speaking with Mystra, striking a deal with the goddess to purify the shard on the promise of destroying Krasus upon his release. In the end the collected shards were stolen by the oriq and drow and they opened the tomb, but those from Jaytown followed overcoming them, however Krasus has escaped and raised the city of Netheril back into the skies.
