Hex Description

Here lies a dense forest, its canopy thick with ancient trees that have stood for centuries. But this forest is no ordinary woodland. It is infested with dark magic, and the curses that linger here have twisted the once-beautiful trees into gnarled and menacing shapes.
The skittering of claws and the chittering of rat-like creatures can be heard echoing through the forest, as the skaven make their lairs beneath the earth. Their eyes glow in the shadows, watching from the underbrush and waiting for any unwary travelers who might stumble into their domain.
As if the curse and the skaven were not enough, the air is thick with the scent of decay and rot, and the earth itself seems to heave with an unnatural energy. Those who venture too deeply into the cursed forest may find themselves afflicted by warpstone.

Quest Title:

• A Rat's Nest: A party was tasked to get an item called warpstone crystal found in another part of the cursed forest. They found some rat folks that seem to have emerged from the Underdark and seem to be interested in the warpstone. The party successfully killed the rat folks however they lost an adventurer in the process.
