Hex Description

Hidden within a mountain range stands a lone mountain dipped in gold. Dwarven tribes lie trapped within by the power of a repentant sorcerer.

Quest Summary

• Mountain Rescue: The party responded to the mysterious call of Hetuik Allseer who needed some adventurers to save his kin trapped within the mountain. The party overcame the ire of a Greater Fey only for two of the party to fall to burrowing beasts while resting. The rest of the party fled, quest incomplete.
• Mountain Rescue Part 2: The party travelled to Ostrjeth Urngor and successfully rescued the Ornzar Vlod, a warlike tribe of dwarves who had to be convinced to stop fighting each other before they would leave.
• Mountain Rescue 3 - Bjorstan Vlod: The party travelled to Ortrjeth Urngor to save the Bjorstan Vlod. When they arrived, they found the tribe had already been destroyed by a sentient fungus. Though they defeated many minions, they did not destroy the fungus and some of it escaped the mountain.
• Reclamation Agaric: The party found and destroyed a village of fungus infected dwarves at the behest of Hetuik Alseer.
• Mountain Rescue 4 - Murmal Vlod: The party returned to Ostreth Urngor to rescue the Murmal Vlod, a dwarvish tribe of miners and artisans. The found the tribe under the sway of ancient deep dragon, Skadwaurgolostostyn, who they fought off, freeing the dwarves.
• Mountain Rescue 5 - Garadik Vlod: The party sought to rescue the aristocratic Garadik Vlod. However, when they arrived, they found that a necromancer member of their number had turned the others into living statues. The party killed the necromancer.
• Mountain Rescue 6 - Zeoff Vlod: The party set out to save the Zeoff Vlod, a tribe of dwarven mages. They arrived to see a ritual go wrong, causing the opening of a rift to the Shadowfell.
