Structure
The Library is dedicated and run by scholars. The most senior amongst them is named the Steward of the Library. Though seniority is not the only qualifier, the Steward must also have an encyclopedic knowledge of all that is contained within the library.
Within the library there are groups of scholars who specialize in different areas of knowledge and are granted authority to launch investigations and studies to find the answers of the universe.
Culture
The scholars of the Library of Lumenarres have a strong desire to learn and discover the mysteries of the universe. They will always be eager to head out and discover or deepen an understanding of something out there in the great unknown.
Public Agenda
The main objective of the Library is to search out new knowledge, gain greater understanding, and unravel the mysteries of the universe.
History
500 years before the Day of Spaceships the Salavarian philosophers hallowed out a mountain to create a grand project. A library that will contain all the knowledge the people have discovered and all the knowledge that would be discovered. After a few years the mountain was ready to begin accepting knowledge.
Every computer and piece of informational technology was connected to the library and every physical piece of knowledge was taken by the library and copies were put in their place. Intense security measures were put in place so the knowledge contained within couldn't be destroyed or tampered with. The library brought on the best encryptors and guards to safeguard this knowledge. They would then eventually forge an alliance the Hunters Guild to protect the entrance to the Library.
Eventually, once all the knowledge had been collected the Lumenarran Scholars took to the stars to continue their quest for knowledge. In doing so they discovered Voxia and forged a peaceful alliance with The Church of Voxia, guiding them with their advanced knowledge and aided the Church in unifying the planet into one government. Much like their own they then catalogued all of Voxia's knowledge and connected them to the Library systems. Then they continued their quest once more to the point where they are now.
The Library archives now contain all known advancements and discoveries, both mystical and mundane, that has ever factually occurred within the galaxy.
Technological Level
The Library of Lumenarres is a technologically advanced organization. The entire mountain that is their home is directly wired to every settlement on the planet and is wirelessly connected to every computer across the galaxy in an effort to contain every piece of information that gets discovered or created. They use these technologies to advance their mission and provide knowledge to all who reside within the galaxy.
Religion
While officially they ascribe to Voxian church doctrine they encourage their people to be open minded about divine beings and find whatever belief suits the individual.
Foreign Relations
The Library has strong ties with Voxia. As the originators of the galactic community they are known to be very friendly with one another and will always come to their aid.
The Library of Lumenarres also has a seat on the Galactic Council in which they engage in galactic politics and have a voice in the fate of the galaxy at large.
