Freedom, a Jaoren terrorist organization believed to have been established by the elusive Many Headed Viper, has remained a persistent and significant challenge for the government throughout its history. The group consistently engages in acts of terrorism, including the targeted killing of government agents, causing disruptions across the city, and launching attacks on government-related establishments. Trainees at the Government Agent Academy are introduced to Freedom during their Jaoren Studies module, where they learn about the organization's notorious activities. Despite its notoriety, the inner workings and hierarchy of Freedom remain shrouded in mystery, with only a few members appearing to hold some degree of authority. Regarded as the largest threat to government forces since the cessation of the Many Headed Viper's activities, Freedom boasts an estimated 2,500 members within the city.
