Anchorite

Anchorite is a strange material sometimes found in ancient buildings, among other strange places. It seems to be composed out of ground-up stone, and seems to have been used as a binding agent. It has not yet been unearthed what it was made up of, but it has been discovered that it is a material with the unique property to disrupt magical transportation when struck, including planeshifting.
