The Chronicles of the Itharia: Session Nineteen

General Summary

After defeating the large insect creatures party started to search the area. The party found a chunk of moonstone in a mine cart. The party decide they need to take a short rest. While searching for safe/defensible position to rest they discovered a chamber with dry blood and a room with a giant crystal of exposed tanzanite. When they headed north they found a lava river and some fire elementals. Theren managed to communicate with one who led them to where their summoner had been staying. There they found a letter from Ambrose to Arthur Phoenix-Heart. They also found the Ruby that Bill Strahd bought at the auction. The elemental told them the elementals were summoned by a "scary lady" who was here to meet "the less scary lady" who is staying in ruins to the south. The party went back south and cleared out the ant creature Theren spotted earlier in side chamber of the mine. They killed it and one additional creature. Ranrus looked through the refuse pile the creature seemed to be guarding and found mostly bones remains of animals and underground creatures.
