The Chronicles of the Itharia: Session Fifty-three

General Summary

The party started discussions with Arthur, about what they did, and if they thought they should be punished. He reminded them of their promise not to mention Ranicon and that inherently that came with some trust that included, he thought unspoken, not to invade their home looking for Ranicon. Theren continued to avoid admitting any wrong doing even lecturing Arthur on his failure to protect the egg. Cinder walked away upon hearing the implication of failure.   The conversation continued with Cinder reappearing with one of his blades around their neck. Upon Arthur reiterating the fact that they would normally be killed for what they saw and did, Rhy metaphorically threw himself onto the fire to be punished for their actions. Arthur revealed he had decided to not kill them but do something else entirely, they(the house) had been planning to "ask" them to join them, but would instead be making them take a blood oath. He led the group to take the blood oath in his office where the party was surprised to find a seemingly unconscious Arthur sat upon by a shifter from the Itharia named Lee-egs. The Arthur that lead them in revealed themselves to be a Kiris Darkwing. He made clear that they didn't need to actually perform a blood oath and that they would have plenty to keep the party safe. He did request that once things with Ambrose were done Rhy and Lee should join The Guild of Izret the guild of Izret to investigate them and there potential interactions, or interference in other planes. He noted Ogden might actually Like Ranrus and that he could do as he wished. He was aggressive to Theren but also noted he didn't train them and exclaimed "magic doesn't help, it just makes more problems." They should check in with Gump Hookbeak. Rhy and Lee agreed to join the guild soon after dealing with Ambrose. The party left Darkwing and Lee-egs to explain the nature of things to Arthur as he "came back from where he was".   The party went back to The Cats Cradle and found two letters, a elemental scroll tube from Ellish the Blue and a Letter for Rhy. Elish told to the party to meet them in Iron Head. Rhy went to get Angus and Cry and introduce them to the Itharia. Angus hit it off with Bit'tun and Alison Wilson. Bit'tun gave the party a vaults worth of treasure, and explained his armors weren't exactly listening to him, but instead the home owners now. He was also working on a new set of armour. Rhy decided to see if she could find a teleportation circle for Ironhead. Alison did not have one but encouraged her to find the churches circles for the Itharia. Rhy went to see Ohpa and see if he had one. She discovered that he should know the circle, but didn't. After being congratulated on her intent to join the Guild of Izret she left to find Auna. Rhy found Auna outside her room with sounds of Oula being occupied within. The two went to The Betting Poole. there they saw Theren on a date with William Strahd. Rhy and Auna discussed OUla and then dove into the fact the party would leave for Ironhead the next morning and that Rhy and Lee were looking to join the Guild of Izret. After a short bit of awkwardness a kiss led to Rhy rushing Auna back to the cats cradle. Theren and William left the Betting Pool and headed for his home, a mansion full of art of gold, white, and silver dragons. The two spent the night together.   Lee went to see Stay and discussed how they would move forward with Grenshen. Stay was incredibly flirty but when left hanging simply left Lee with an incredible view. Lee returned to the cats cradle to find his room locked, unlocking it he found himself with a guest and the door was quickly relocked.   Rhy arrived to her room locked and Silk just gave her a separate room for her and Auna to stay in.   Ranrus slept at the Murder Mansion examining his notes and thinking on everything that had happened in Snowbright.   Date: 20th of Gorim
