Sithala Healing Potion
Sithala healing potions are in effect identical to common healing potions but are often seen as some how cheap or ineffective by some apothecaries. The key ingredient is Sithala blooms harvest at the correct time.

Sithalla blooms for healing potions must be picked when the edge of the bloom is read and the inner is a gradient of pink to white. If there is no white you are too early and if there is no hard line of red you are too late. Warning: Never use white blooms you did not prepare yourself. Sithala blooms picked while they are entirely white are poisonous and prepared in the same manner result in a relatively potent poison.

Take 3-5 Sithala blooms and add them to a jar of sugar water. Let sit for at least two week till the blooms turn white. Drain the water and save for later. Dry the blooms then grind them. Then add bone meal and an assortment of ground nuts. Grind together until you have a fine powder. Slowly add the drained water while stirring the fine powder. The result should be a thick reddish to pink liquid. Add red fruit juice of your choice to acquire the desired colour. And mint and shave bees wax to better simulate traditional healing potion taste.
