Wolfkin

The wolfkin are a race that swore to defend their pack at all costs. Despite their brutal appearances; they are a people who defend the lives of allied creatures as if they were their own. Fully grown they stand no smaller than 7ft. Their society functions similar to a typical society built by humans, however, they only kill another of their kind in ritualistic situations or in self-defense, if their fellow wolfkind has succumbed to evil, or disease.
Their bodies are covered in thick fur coats that come in all range of shades from white through, tan, brown and grey to black. Typically their coats are a mixture of hues althought some full colour individuals are know to exist. Fanged and clawed like their animal counterparts they can choose to walk on 2 or 4 legs. Male and Female wolfkin are held in equal regard.
They historically lived in packs where elders cared for the younglings, living in dark forests few others would call home. Renowned for being fiercely loyal to their packs and leaders. In modern times, in their smaller numbers, lone Wolfkin are more common. Humans regard this race with suspiciousion and have permitted certain human orders to hunt and kill wolfkin believed to have caused harm to humans.
