Orb of Actualizing Eye

A fragment item of the Terrasphere, by an earth elemental named Joris. Also known as the Item of Creation. Can be used to change any aspect of the planet. It can change the whole planet or add an island somewhere. It is theorized that it was used to empty the Tyd Sea in the year 732. It's location is currently unknown. After each use it teleports itself to a different location.
